There's really not any scientific evidence that one is better than other, but the Doctor will make that decision best on each patient and their specific cycles, you can talk to your Doctor to see what they think is best for you.

There truly is no clinical difference in pregnancy rates from either of these start times. As a preference, I usually like a day 3 start
