clomid and ovulation

once you get ovulation to happen and you get a +opk one month, is there a good chance that you will be able to get a +opk the following month?

i got a +opk last month on cd 16 so i am on cd 14 right now we have been bding everyother day so far since after my last pill of clomid, i got moved up to 100mg of clomid 2 months ago soi am just wondering if it will prob be around the same day or not the only thing that is different this month from last month is the time i took my clomid pills. other then that it is all the same.
