Not sure who knows, but........... If you buy the Clear Blue Easy smiley face digital OPK's then you buy the refill pack for the Monitor -- THEY WORK!!! It saves a LOT of money while OPK testing. The digital OPK's only have 7 in the pack for $30-$40. The refill sticks come in a box of 50 for $45 in the store and they're even cheaper online at some places... Good luck ladies!
