Good question...I was wondering the same thing. I kept the digital part hoping I could find refills. Seems like such a waste. Guess I got my answer...thanks for the update Sar22222.

Ya, the only one you can get refills for is the more expensive one that cost like $200. But the regular one you get in the drugstore that costs like $30 or $40 you can't get refills for, you need to buy a whole new 7 day kit. Sux I know. But hopefully you won't need a second kit :)
