I'm sure that many of you will laugh with my request for help. But, I'll ask anyway. To give you a little background, I am 44 and trying to conceive for the 1st time. I'm a late bloomer....been married 2.5 years! :)
I've been charting, and am having trouble interpreting my temps. Would someone be kind enough to help me? I feel stupid asking...but here is the info:
Cycle Day:Temp
Day 8 : 96.6
Day 9: 96.6
Day 10 96.6
Day 11 96.6
DAy 12 96.6
Day 13 96.8
Day 14 96.7
Day 15 97.1
Day 16 97.6
Day 17 97.6
Day 18 97.6
Day 19 97.2
Day 20 97.2
Day 21 97.6
Also, I just read on a website that there is something called an Implantation Spike, is that true?

They don't offer you answers to big questions like this site does, but they give you a place to chart and then they help you predict based on the chart when ovulation occurrred. Seeing your temps. I dunno if you ovulated at all this month..
Did you count CD 1 as the first day of your period? Thats when you start charting. When you ovulate, you will see a temperature spike, usually above 98 and it will usually stay above 98 until right before your period, or never come down if you are pregnant.
Also, it a lot of us found it helpful to also use OPK's as they are more accurate.. together they work well
