CD 21 vs. Cd 24 progesterone levels

I was unable to make it in on cd21 this month for my blood draw so the nurse told me to come in on cd24, I had a positive opk test on cd14 so I suspect I ovulated on cd15. I have never had ovulation pains before unless I was on clomid so I was shocked when I felt it this month.(not on clomid) Today the nurse told me my levels were only 4.6. Do you think it made difference that it was taken longer then 7

Hi,

With a value this low (ng/dL), ovulation most likely didn't occur unless there's a lab error as it shouldn't have made that much of a difference. follow up with another draw

Thanks Dr, for responding! I guess I'll have to go back on clomid next month and look into IUI

as far as i know u should get the test done(for progesteron level) after 6-8 of the ovulation..too early or too late doing the test might not be accurate..

Yes my Dr. said that he thinks it was inaccurate also.
