you can ovulate on your own, however given that you have irregular periods, it makes it harder to predict when you'll ovulate if you ovulate at all...best to talk to your OBGYN about prescribing meds like Clomid and Metformin that can help you ovulate with PCOS.

I was at 145 lbs. and I lost 50 lbs. I have been having a regular period since for the past 6 months and not getting my period this month. I have just gain 5 lbs back. Could this be due to me gaining 5 lbs. back?
