Yes, if they are pregnant. I have pcos, but I don't think ( think is the key word lol), but other very smart ladies on here might have some better info than me :) gl - I don't think Pcos would affect a home pregnancy test unless you are pregnant, then you would get a positive pregnancy test. Or if you take a medication with HCG....

pcos-type cysts do interfere with hormones, but not HCG. if you are pregnant (or have injected HCG as mentioned), then a home pregnancy test should pick it up once you have enough in your system.
