Can vitex help with conception at my age?

Have you ever heard of chasteberry/vitex and if so do you think that it really helps with fertility. We have been trying for baby # 4 for 7 months now and I'm getting worried because we've never had a problem conceiving before. I am 29, do you think my age has anything to do with it?

I know there's a lot of information on Vitex and many other supplements, but the RE community does not endorse this product as truly helping with fertility. At 29, you're basically an REs dream when you walk into an office in that your prognosis is sooooo good! Keep on trying for a few more months, it's ok, and if not, consult an RE
