You should begin to see a Reproductive Endocrinologist (RE) as soon as possible since you have technically been trying for 3 years.

However, I am unsure if you have been "trying" to the fullest extent. You can chart your temperatures, check your cervical mucous, and use ovulation prediction kits (OPKs) so that you know exactly when you're ovulating. Then you'll know when to BD to increase your chances.

How far apart are your cycles? If they are 35+ days, chances are you may not be ovulating or you are ovulating intermittently. I hope this helps! GOOD LUCK!

do you have regular periods? like every 28 days or 31 days each month? That is key to start with and then you can go from there.
