Can someone look at my fertility chart? I am LOST...COMPLETELY LOST on this...

This is my very first time I have EVER charted anything. I have never kept up on temps. or CM, anything, but I am looking at my chart and it makes NO sense. Do you think according to what is on it that I am on track or does this seem off?
