I am on my 2nd mo of clomid, and 1st month of prometrium, My cycle has started on CD30 for months, but since i started the prometrium on CD17; I am on CD32 and no period. Still on the prometrium, suppose to take till I start. Pregnancy tests are showing negative? Can the prometrium cause my cycle to now be irregualr?
How can I then pinpoint my Ovulation, since OPK do not work on clomid?

With the Prometrium ur period will not come until u stop taking it. U should test for pregnancy and if it is negative then u should let ur dr know and then stop taking the Prometrium.
The OPK's should work even if ur on OPK's unless ur just not Ovulating which is most likely why ur taking the Clomid. Another way to check for Ovulation is by doing BBT (basel body temp). U should do this in the morning right when u wake up before moving or anything. Also ur dr can monitor u by U/S to see if u are producing any mature follicles.
