Can progest. pill give you a positve opk?

I took my 1st progest pill last night to bring on my period, and today I did an opk and it was positive. Today is day 41 for me, I didnt bbt today, but yesterday it was low at 96.4. Im just if the pill could have gave me a false positive, or I truly may be o'ing?
