can pcos cause this?

Can pcos cause blockage of fallopain tubes? and fabroid? also i have been reading on natural herb that help unblock the fallopian tubes and was wondering of anyone that can give me an insight?

PCOS doesn't cause tubal blockage or fibroids. I wish there was a pill or herb that would unblock tubes, but there is no such product and would highly recommend to stay away from these types of products.
