I was wondering, since there are increased levels of the male hormone in a woman with PCOS, is it possible for that to effect the pregnancy test? Could it give you a negative result when you actually are pregnant especially when you are having pregnancy symptoms? I've been nauseous for 6 days, have thrown up 3 times, but don't have the flu. I took a HPT and it was neg. With everything going on in my body with the PCOS, is it still possible I could be pregnant? I also noticed a very faint line from my belly button to the top of my private area. If I am pregnant, I would only be in my 4th week so I don't know if the line is supposed to show up that early? Again, it's very faint. I just want to mainly know, is it possible for women with PCOS to get pregnant without help from their gyno? I hate the idea of us using fertility drugs, but we would do what we have to. I want to be a mommy so bad. I'm only 30 and already have epilepsy and finding out this news was not exactly the best thing to hear. That I might not be able to have kids. Anyway can anyone answer the questions I've asked?
