Can my pain medication constipate the baby?

I'm taking Tylenol 3 and Ibuprofen. The dr said that the Tylenol 3 can cause constipation.. so I'm taking docusate as well to help with that... (even though I haven't had any problems with it yet)
But baby seems to be having a rough time squeezing out his poo.. could it be b/c of my pain meds being in the breast milk?
I'm not too worried b/c I'm taking him to his pediatrician in two days.. but thought I'd ask
