Can Mirena removal cause irregular cycles?

Shae it shouldnt but make take a month or 2 to regulate

I don`t think that should cause a cycle irregularity hun, call your Doc. and do a bloodwork to check for some hormonal imbalances,could happen once in a while. For example I had 2 periods in Oct. and they were 9 days appart from each other,so weird things happen,just check with your Doc. I`m really sorry cause I know the way you feel and what you think at the moment,but you should start a new fresh cycle and everything should be ok and you should be getting your BFP in no time sweetie!
