MY DH has been having very low Sperm count (<5m), low morphology. We went to urologist and we were told he has minor vericulosis but is very minor to be treated. His blood test result confirmed that he has hypothyroid (TH level = 28). Can this be realted to his low sperm count? How can he be treated for this?? Is there a chance for us to conceive naturally?

Thyroid problems play a major role in the reproductive process and the exact mechanism has not been fully clarified as to the impact of thyroid disease on male fertility. I would see an endocrinologist to get the thyroid levels corrected with medication and retest semen analysis 72 days after beginning treatment.
