Most likely yes. But most accurate result on 14+days after ovulation.

The key to testing on 12 DPO is if you confirm ur ovulation via U/S, blood test or an OPK. Other means are not accurate.

Definitely a blood test would show something by now however, a urine test might not be sensitive enough

HI jay's wife, Yes you can test, but sometimes you won't have enough hcg in your body yet to register on a hpt. So if you do but get a negative don't give up until AF shows. I tested on 15dpo and got a faint positive. So I know that if I had done it any earlier I probably wouldn't have gotten a positive. Good luck and baby dust!!!
