Can I take progesterone to start my period even though I'm sick and on antibiotics?

I've been sick for almost 3 weeks and am on antibiotics. I've been waiting to get better before I start the Progesterone for 10 days to make AF come but I'm just so impatient!!! Is it okay for me to start the progesterone now even though I'll be on antibiotics for another 4 days?? I want AF to show up ASAP so I can start my first round of Femara! Help! What should I do? I don't want to be patient any longer! ;)
