Can I take Maca & Vitex at the same time?

I'm currently taking three 525 mg capsules of Vitex (Solaray Brand) and one tablet of Femaprin Vitex Extract per day. Is this okay to take? I want to regulate my menstrual cycle. I've never been pregnant, I was ttc, was on bc pills for five years to regulate cycles. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you have PCOS. The best thing to take to help you get pregnant at this point is clomid. I would discontinue taking the vitex for now.
