had an ultrasound yesterday and the tech said my uterine lining was kinda thick for what day in my cycle I was, she didnt seem worried and my doctor (although he hasnt seen the pictures yet) doesnt seem worried either but he doesnt want to rule out having to do a D&C. I would really like to avoid a D&C (long story) I will do it if I have to but I was wondering if there was another way to help shed my uterine lining, I read somewhere that Clomid might help (I have a perscription for it I just havent been taking it because it was uncomfortable the last time I tried it) and I am also on FertilAid which is supposed to help. I am also drinking raspberry leaf tea (I started all this a few days before the ultrasound so it has not had time to work its "magic") Does anyone have any suggestions to help do this naturally? Or has anyone gotten pregnant with a thick lining and carried to term? What are the benifits and risks of the D&C? How do they know I'm not already pregnant when they do the D&C? I'm assuming they will do it at a point in my cycle that its impossible to be pregnant? My main question is, if I don't have the D&C can I still get pregnant and carry to term? Thanks for the help.
