can i ovulate without ovulation signs?

this is a dumb question nevermind..i am so tired of trying to get pregnant is getting old. Guess getting pregnant is a miracle and thats it.

Only way to know abt ovulation is an OPK, B/W or U/S. A good way to know if you ovulated or not is a progesterone blood test (lab work) or use a BBT at home and track ur temp. I would definately not go by the cramps because we as women are meant to cramp for almost everything, and if we dont, sometimes our mind tricks us. The EWCM is a good indicator of an upcoming ovulation. It usually occurs 2-4 days before Ovulation.

Good luck and you will get preggo real soon. If ur periods are irregular, best is to talk to a Dr or if you are trying atleast for a year.

its not a dumb question... are you seeing a Dr? Drs can run a test to see if you Ovulated. How long does your period last? Ovulation doesnt usually (Im not saying ever lol, its just not common) occur until cd 12-14. I know some women Ovulate at 10 days also. Are you using any OPKs? OPKs can help you tell if you are Ovulating, but the only true way to know if the egg was released, is to test your progesterone level. Are you feeling any breast tenderness after the time you think you ovulated? That is a progesterone symptom. Best Wishes! my period comes every 25 days on time. lasting 3-5 days or 1 day some months. I have used and OPK and I took femara for 3 months it worked but no baby. See my fertility doctor monday to talk about clomid and moitoring with u/s we been trying for a year and 1 month now. my dh is healthy but before I was put on femara my progest level was 3.4 and with femara it was 19 so my obgyn said that if and when I ovulate its not very good. hmm we shall see.

Ive been trying for over 2yrs under my drs supervision for the majority of that time and had I not asked her to be tested I still wouldn't know that I have it. It sounds like what I go through every month. I have all the signs even positive opk's but dont actualy ovulate. I produce the eggs but they never get big enough to be released and possibly fertilized. I hope this helps good luck!

i have a fertility doctor now and we u/s my ovulation and he gave me the HCG shot and 3 to take home and so that guarrentees ovulation just hope the first time workes out for us. We been trying for 13 months
