Yep you sure can. Im proof! I have PCOS found out August 2007, after TTC for 6mths, but my cycles were all out of wack, but thought it was still the Birth Control maybe screwing everything up when I got off of it in Febuary of 2007. Then come to find out at an annual pap, that I have PCOS, and I wasnt ovulating on my own, hence my 45-65 day cycles.
I did 5 rounds of Clomid. Rounds 1&2 @ 50mgs ovulated great, progesterone levels were great, didnt get pregnant though, Round 3 did not ovulate, Rounds 4&5 got bumped up to 100mgs. I got pregnant Round 4, miscarried @ 5weeks, and then got pregnant again on Round 5 after having a super late ovulation (because the miscarriage messed up that cycle), ovulated on CD31, and got pregnant. I now have a 4month 2day old baby boy named Noah :)
Goodluck hun, and just stay positive, happy, and know it will happen!
Lots of love!!!

YES!! You will need to see an RE to see to determine how your case affects your fertility. I have PCOS and ovulate on my own (very lucky) and never needed any meds to conceive my DD. Unlike my sister who also has PCOS and needed to be on Clomid and have her ovaries drilled. It will really depend on what is happening specific to your body. what works for some may not work for you. GOOD LUCK!!! **baby dust**
