i went to the ER on the 18th of this month and u/s showed a sac that measured 5 weeks. 5 days later i go to my regular dr. and he did a u/s and says there is nothing much left of the sac. i havent been bleeding. can it be possible to not feel anything and still miscarry? im confused please help! i couldnt ask many questions i was in shock...came home very sad.

This is what happened to me. My baby had been gone for 2 weeks before we found out by ultrasound that it was no longer alive.
However, at only 5w 5d, it's not uncommon to only see a sac on ultrasound. My 6 week ultrasound only showed a sac and no heart beat, and my baby is now 8 weeks old.
