can i get pregnant if i had sex 5 days before menstruation?

If one expects menstruation in about 5 days, then basically impossible to get pregnant..

Ones fertile days are the 5 days prior to ovulation including the day of... One can not get pregnant anytime from the day after ovulation until menstruation
