can I get pregnant?

I am a currently a healthy 46 year old female. I had DCIS 3 years ago and was on tamoxifen and my periods are somewhat irregular. I really haven't kept track but I know they are spread out longer than they use to be definetly more than 28 days (I think) and I may even miss a month or two (maybe). I guess my question is my last period was November 15, 2007 and I had intercourse without protection on November 28, 2007. Can I be pregant and if so can I have a baby at my age?

I hope that you're almost in the clear with the breast cancer, and sounds like it :)
In terms of pregnancies, although they can happen spontaneously at this age, the likelyhood is in reality very low...talking about less than 1% per month :(
Even using IVF may not be a good option..I'm sorry....
If you aren't able to achieve a pregnancy on your own, your best bet would be through the use of an egg donor...If you have a young family member this would be the best. Otherwise, there are many anonymous egg donor agencies out there..
