Can Ganirelix injections interfere with Gonal F?

I am beginning my 4th week on Gonal F (1st round) and it seems to be taking forever to work! My Dr. initially started me at 75IU, and it seemed to be successful, resulting in the start of 2 eggs only after 1 week of use. The Dr. lowered my dosage to 37.5 (I'm assuming because of estrogen levels) and started me on Ganirelix shots to keep me from ovulating prematurely. The problem is, I have had absolutely no growth in my follicles since that first week, even though we have since gradually raised the Gonal F dosage to 112.5. I'm wondering if the addition of the gonalerix could be accidentally stunting the follicle growth since there has been no progress since I've started using it? I know it could just be coincidence, but I can't help questioning it since this whole cycle makes very little sense to me. I'm also worried that if it takes too long, something will happen to the eggs. I would appreiate any insight you might have. Thank you!
