Can anyone shed any light on this please?

Its all abit confusing so will try and explain best i can, I had a pos preg test on 17th march was due af 16th march my cycles are 23 days i know i got a pos ov test 4th march but I had a m/c which started 5th april had a scan 7th april which confirmed all had gone, If i hadnt of got pregnant i would of due af again on 7th april, anyway, i bleed for a week did another preg test and was negative, rang epu to discharge myself, anyway on sun/mon last week i noticed lots of ewcm did a ov test and got pos, we said we wouldnt wait for first af and we bedded on that sun and mon last week, only 2 days, now since sat all of my pregnancy symptoms have returned the extreme tiredness, big boobs my belly seems to of gone bigger, i very much doubt i got preg again as im 7dpo today so still very early if by a miracle i did catch,. Just basically wondering if its normal after a m/c for preg symptoms to return like this? sorry for long question but its getting me now as ive been quite positive but now with this its like a smack in the face.
