Dear Doctor,
My husband has been taking an antibiotic called "Zinnat" tablets 500mg for the 7 days, we are coming up to an ovulation. Does this antibiotic affects sperm quality, chances to conceive, chances of miscarrage or can have any effect on a baby?

Cephalosporins (Zinnat) won't affect sperm much nor increase chances of miscarriages or fetal effects for both men and women taking it.
