Can a OBGyn doctor can tell if my tubes are twisted or something from a regular check up?

Twisted means like not straight enough for the sperm to go inside and reach the egg.Thank you!

If it's been a year without conceiving, then an Ob/Gyn can do an HSG to make sure your tubes are open, and so long as they're open and normal appearing, sperm can navigate through them for conception..
