Can a double IUI w/meds help MF infertility?

An IUI can work if the sperm count and motility aren't too low...consider other forms of treatment if sperm are less than 5 Million Total Motile Sperm (>10Million is the ideal)...

Total Motile Sperm are calculated from the semen analysis like this:

Volume x concentration x % motility (made as a decimal)

Double IUIs are controversial, one is usually more than enough when properly timed as the data has never been quite all that clear that double IUIs truly increases pregnancy rates (does increase revenue to a practice however)

Be on at least Clomid if going through the expense of an IUI
