i think you may have a cold chels!! take tons of vitamin c!! i have heard (could be wrong) that viatmin c is good to take with clomid...helps make it more effective??? (that could be a total lie! ha!)

lol, just wondering if any of your felt "cold symptoms" while on clomid? My son came home sick the other day with a cold and now 3 days later i feel like garbabge so i dont know if its the clomid or a cold.
I am taking 100mgs and i have taken 3 days worth so 2nite and 2morow are the last 2 doses.
My throat feels a little like strep and i have a headache. Anyone else having issues like this while on the meds?
Hoping its the meds and not a real cold.
Anything that i cant take at this point for a cold?

Chels and ladies.. Im on my 2nd round of CLomid this month. Im Cd12 today so should be O'ing sometime soon. I can really tell too b/c Im having really bad o pains lastnight and today. Also, I had a makor cold last month after taking Clomid. It was awful. No headaches but the cold was bad. I have had alittle this month to but not as bad as last month!
I am having them on both sides so the Clomid is working for me. Im not using OPK's or watch so we are just having fun.

Hey Chels, so funny you mention cold.....I have been having cold symptoms since taking my 1st round of clomid. But I thought because I suffer from allergies, I was confused & just chalked it up to sinuses & a sinus headache like no other.
I also had a few hot flashes, but thats all.
No CM issues ( I was taking robitussin since CD3)
& no lining issues...my lining was 9.1 on CD13

Thx everyone - its so hard to tell if its a cold or not. I had my toncils removed in high school cuz i had strep so often and missed so much school and havnt had this feeling since then! Well, i guess only time will tell since 2nite is my last dose. lol
DH is sick too (but of course he is WAYYYY sicker than me...... men!) lol!

I did 4 rounds of clomid ranging from 50mg to 150mg. The 3 cycles that I had 100mg+ I had terrible cold and flu symtoms. Ranging from sore throats, runny and congested nose plus constant headaches. I suffer from constant headaches any ways but they definatly where so much worse while on clomid.
Hope your feeling beta soon and the end result is a VEY BFP!!!! I got preggo on my last cycle of clomid but unfortunatly it was a chemical. Been on a break since but waiting for af to show her ungly face so can start ttc again....

the one time i took clomid, the only things i really remember is that i had a hard time breathing, i was very bloated, i felt very warm, and i had headaches. aside from that, i don't remember getting a cold or feeling a cold.
don't you just hate the side effects of these meds? ugghhh!!
