Bulky ovary+ no mentrual flow

I took clomid and bromocriptine and now pelvic scan shows bulky left ovary after i suffer lower abdomen pain, my menstrual flow is delayed for 3 days now, my nipples are bigger and painful when i touched them. I have no appatite, though the scan did not show pregnancy, am i pregnant? if am not , what is wrong with me pls?

Too early to determine a pregnancy via ultrasound.. the only way to know would be to check a pregnancy test this early on
