Brown then pink discharge 4-5dpo?

Does this indicate a problem?
I am on Clomid this cycle (days 3-7) and I am pretty sure ovulation was right around day 14, but now on days 18 and 19 I am have just a tiny bit of brown or pink discharge.
The only thing I can think of to explain it would be implantation bleeding, but that wouldn't happen until more like 7-10dpo, right? And I gather it's something that almost never happens anyway.
So could this indicate an ovarian cyst and do I need to track down my doc?

This type of spotting is usually of no significance, as it can be breakthrough bleeding (most all medical professionals do not believe there is such a thing of implantation spotting/cramping as it's more an "internet myth"), nor would this indicate an ovarian cyst...
