breast tenderness

Dr.Q, Before going on the pill I had extremely regular periods. Some months I had breast tenderness but not every month. Now I'm worried that I have never ovulated. Must a person always have breast tenderness with ovulation or is it possible to ovulate without it?

I never had any breast tenderness ever and many of my friends never too. Unless u are on fertility meds and progesterone, I dont think u may feel it that much unless u are super super tuned to ur body. As long as u get ur period, u will know for sure if u ovulated or not 14 days before.
