Breast milk

I didnt have it until 3 days after delivery, some do see a lil fluid leaking from the breasts during pregnancy and many dont. I dont think you will get the milk supply kicking in until after the baby is born. Its the harmone changes during child birth that kicks in the milk supply. Its normal for breasts to be sore and sensitive during pregnancy

Thanks HopeN. I was reading a book the other day and it said that fluid could start leaking from 24 weeks. Some books just make a person warried for nothing.What do you feed the baby if the milk supply does not kick in imediatly after the baby is born?

once the baby is born, ur body will secrete something called colustrum which is super nutritious and high in calorific value. That would be the babys food for about a day or two and then ur milk starts in. The baby drinks like 5 ml or so the first day and then 10 ml the next two days and so on. If there isnt enough coming out the 1st day, dont worry, the Drs can feed in formula. But Im sure u will start the colustrum after the delivery. its only natural and has been happening for 100s of years :)
