day 21 labwork is done to make sure you have ovulated - tey check the progesterone in your body.

Is that what day they had you come in?

I was never on Clomid but was on fertility drugs and thats what they had me do.

I think it will end up being day 24 for me (but I hadn't ovulated yet as of day 14).

Progesterone is measured in the blood at around 7 DPO.
