blocked tubes after tubal reversal

2 years ago i had a tubal reversal and they found a tumor in the base of the uterus. the doc. said to avoid getting pregnant for 3 months after then i have not been able to get pregnant i had hormone testing done a test to see if my eggs are still good everything came out good. now the ultrasound that i had said i had a thickening of the uterus that is about 18 is this what is causing my infertility? i am so desperate the have a baby since i am almost 43 yrs. Do you thing herbal meds. will work or should i just give up?

In actuality, this isn't necessarily what's causing your infertility...this thickness can be normal, but one should be suspicious of an endometrial polyp...
At 43, you should go immediately to IVF without any hesitation and please see an RE for this..you can find one near you using this site
