Blocked tubes

Hello, I am asking for my sister....she is 35, has massive scarring on her uterus (had 2 surgerys to remove it), has one blocked tube and the other is partical. What are the chances of her conceiving with IVF? There are no issues with the hubby.

With IVF, there's a good chance at conception, but the sooner she tries, the better to get a good response at this age

so the scarring on the uterus is nothing to really factor in the egg implanting?
