Blocked tubes

Well i had surgery last week and doc found that my right tube is completely blocked due to endometriosis and scarring. My left tube is ok. Going back to doc in 2 weeks to discuss next move. Am worried its going to take me long time to concieve and is the scarring in my uterus going to effect me carrying a baby?

don't think you have scarring in the Uterus due to endometriosis, as this normally doesn't happen
It may take you longer to get pregnant given only one tube, and you're at higher risk for an ectopic
This hold true, unless you decide to have IVF
