Blocked Fallopain Tubes

My doctor told me that I had a pelivc inflammation disease and put me on doxycycline and cipro and I took that for 14 days. He said that would help get pregnant, but I've been reading that that cause blocked fallopain tubes. I'm not sure if I need to see if he can send me for a HSG test. He also put me on clomid to see if I could get pregnant. If in fact my fallopain tubes are blocked is there anything that can be done to unblock them? Thanks

One can and should consider an HSG immediately when trying to see if the tubes are patent..
if they are blocked, repair is not a good option, but IVF is
