Laurie- If I were you I would be going to the ER.. while some spotting and bleeding can be normal during the early weeks of pregnancy, its always best to be checked and get an ultra sound and more blood work to be sure you are not experiencing a chemical pregnancy.. good luck keep us posted I am gonna pray for you

just found out thursday i am pregnant. has blood test and it was + but friday and today I am having a steady flow regular period- no extram cramping- called a nurse online since docs office is closed she said to relax and leave message with doc. machine.. is this normal?? my mom had and my sister- should i worry or no?
Hard to tell Laurie, my sister also had what seemed like a regular period (bright red) when she was pregnant with her last daughter. On the other hand- I have very very light brownish colored blood last summer when I was pregnant and it turned out that the baby had died @ 9 weeks (the brownish stuff happened from 10 1/2 weeks thru 11 1/2 weeks when I went to the dr. and found the baby no longer had a heartbeat.) I would definitely get checked out ASAP- just incase.
well im going in tomorrow yes on sunday for lab work. just to take blood again and make sure my HCG levels are rising and NOT falling.. Wish me luck.. I am heading to bed now at 7:25pm just so I dont have to think about it and stress... I am a worrier and I dont need that right now.. =/ thanks again ladies!!! your all the best!
Laurie, I am so sorry for your loss and understand how devastated you must be as I too had two m/c's before having my baby boy. Each m/c took a piece of my heart. I pray that you can get through this tough time and eventually, when you're ready start over and have a beautiful baby you so deserve. :) ((((hugs)))))
