Bleeding on Gonal-F ????? Help please :)

Okay heres the deal I am on day 17 of gonal-f ... My estradiol today was 1800ish and I am spotting. Is this normal or could it be AF?

By spotting I mean just when I wipe and its brownish pink and lots of ewcm.

Any insight from a doc wouldd be greatly appreciated! I would just like to know:)
