PCOS may be a possibility along with many other conditions. You are ovulating by your symptoms and after 2 years, you should by now have had a comprehensive fertility work up that we've mentioned before on this site. If so, then you may have "unexplained infertility" and can look up treatments and pregnancy rates also. The tubes can only be checked through an abdominal incision, through a procedure called "perchromotubation" or through an HSG, and am unsure if you had either. Nevertheless, you having 2 kids makes your prognosis good and your tubes should hopefully still be open. I encourage you to use this site and hopefully learn something so that you can talk to your doctor further...
