No idea, could be that you ovulated earlier than normal? To be sure you could wait 2 more days and see if you get a full period or if not, take an hpt and see if you are pregnant. Good luck.

Almost all hpts are early detection tests, so you should be safe with taking one at 12dpo. If you have the patience, you could wait until AF is due and test then if AF doesn't come. Good luck.
