Just needed to tell you that when I got pregnant four months ago, I had a positive HPT and when I went to the doctor to confirm their test was negative. They had to give me a blood test... It didn't turn out to be a viable pregnancy for me but maybe you need to have a blood test if they only asked you to pee in a cup...

Guess who showed today? AF!

Sorry, Weyr! I understand your disappointment as I just went through the same thing last week. The only thing that make.s me feel better after AF shows is knowing that my fertile days are just around the corner.

How many months have you been ttc? I'm on my 6th month now..

try 10 years TTC. I've been seeing a RE for the last 3.

I took my first OPK strip and the test line showed up, but it's really lighter than the control line. Could I be close to the start of ovulation, even though it's only day 8 of my cycle?

That happens to me too, Weyr. It means that your LH surge is around the corner. Keep checking OPK every day around the same time. Good luck!

Mine the the last cycle before ovulation the test strips were funny. During like CD8 or so they were dark, and then after started to get lighter and CD12 you could hardly see, then CD13 BAM BFP. It just depends I think. But im sure ovulation is just around the corner sweetie!

Here are mine from last cycle if it helps any. I had started on CD6 becuase it was my first round of Clomid and I didnt want to miss a thing..haha. This cycle I started them on CD9, but havent taken pictures yet, and today im on CD13, so we will see if it happens like the next, but I have been doing the microscope thing and im def, getting the crystals or whatever in it, and im having cramping more today. Last cycle I had MAJOR O Cramps from CD10-CD16 and I Oed on CD14 or CD15. This cycle the cramps are off and on and very minor, today a little bit more intense but nothing bad at all, im thinking last cycle they were soo bad because it was my first round of CLomid and the first time I had ovulated in years!

Anyways hope this helps on my last cycles stuff and on the last cycle OPK pictures....best of luck sweetie and I hope you get a BFP OPK and a BFP HPT 2 weeks after :)

Thanks Liane...hoping that I get a positive OPK today or tomorrow or Saturday. We shall see what happens. If I get it today then we are BDing today, tomorrow, and Saturday, and then again on Monday. Hopefully by that and the every other day thing before that, it will work. Then again if I do get a positive then tonight we may skip tonight, and do Friday, Saturday and Monday. Who knows...ugh this is soo confusing...haha!

lol!! You are too cute Jolene. Just relax!!! Don't pressure yourself. Our bodies have a way of sensing that tension and will hold themselves back. Just have some fun and you'll get your BFP!!!!! ****BABYDUST**** I'll be keeping you in my prayers.

Oh def. no pressure just laugh about it, we have been staying positive and laughing and just having as much fun as we can through this process, because get angry mad and tense will only prolong things, and I certainly do not want that to happen, dont want to prolong anything more then it already is.

Plus im getting a massage tomorrow...ahh im soo excited! I have muscle spasams which are also in a sense lots of knots, and I cant really help it, gone through physical therapy and all that, and didnt really help, but massages are great. Im getting an hour one tomorrow instead of 30 minutes. I cant wait! Plus it will HOPEFULLY be right around the day of ovulation and that should help :)

hmmm...I never thought of testing later in the day...I usually use my first morning's urine. Does time of day really make a difference?

They say not to use first morning. Try second morning. I test later because of the time I get home, and I can control not drinking or peeing for 3 hours then.

I think I might have missed my ovulation day. I plan to get another OPK and see what's what.
