Has anyone ever gotten a postive in the morning and a negative in the evening. I am 10dpiui and I took a first response digital and it came back postive this morning at like 0630am, I took another one of the same test at 5pm and it was negative. Has anyone ever had this happen? Cycle day? Oh and I had the HCG shot 12 days ago.

I have always been told that your morning pee has the mosr hcg in it. I would try testing again in a couple of days! Good Luck!!

I also think your urine was just too diluted. Most pregnancy test packages recommend using FMU if you're testing before your missed period (14 DPO). Congratulations! :)

Well it was a BFN this morning. I guess it was left over Hcg @12 days post injection and 10 post IUI. So Bumbed!

Hey girls, I tested again this morning cd 11 and it was bfn, I have a feeling it was just left over hcg, and i'm not prego. Wed is my hcg test, I will keep you posted.

Angelfish is correct. The trigger is usually out of your system within 7 days..Unless your doctor ordered you to do 2 seperate injections. 10 days is a long time for the trigger to still be in your system.
