Do i have an increased risk for having a m/c? Im near 300lbs and i had 2 pregnancies and both were perfect. My last pregnancy i wieghed 266. Delivered at 285. Can i still have a perfect pregnancy like my last 2?

Increasing weight only means increasing risk, but doesn't mean you can't have a perfect pregnancy...we would still advocate weight loss to decrease weight and for better overall health
