Hi everyone! I am a little confused here. I started taking my temp. almost a week ago. I ranged between 97.39 and 97.59 through the first 4 days. The night before last I had a flare up of my FMS and yesterday morning my temp was 98.59. (even at my doc's 98 is not usual for me) Then this morning my temp was 96.54. I know it doesn't seem like a big difference, but on my chart it sure looks like it! LOL!
Do you think my FMS had anything to do with my temp. jump?
Any thoughts would be great. I have never done this before so tips and advise would be much appreciated! :)

There's a possibility the FMS had an impact on your temps. Some tips to keep in mind:
1) Make sure to take your temp before getting out of bed :)
Hopefully in the next few days your temps will stabilize a bit more.
